food journal 4/16

This morning I went on my normal 3 mile route but I did sprints. I saw Jillian on Biggest Loser suggest one minute sprints. So, I thought I would try it. I sprinted for 1 min. and walked 1 min. etc. etc.

Access Fat Conversion Bar
Proflex protein shake with Fiberwise
2 rice cakes with salsa and turkey
about 1/2 c. crab salad
about 15 mini rice cakes
1 99% fat free blackberry yogurt
1 pork chop
1/2 c. bread/apple stuffing
1 slice cantaloupe
yellow squash/zucchini squash sauteed with onions topped with Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. honey roasted peanuts

I ate a lot today! I need to have a low calorie day tomorrow.
