For exercise I walked about 2 1/2 miles this morning. I wanted to go on a second walk in the afternoon with all the kids... but I pigged out on crap today and my tummy didn't like it. Serves me right for eating garbage and going off my meal plan for the day! So, speaking of ....

Proflex protein shake with Fiberwise
1 grapefruit
2 white cheddar rice cakes with 1T salsa on each with 3 thin slices of turkey lunch meat (Have I mentioned on yummy this is? I love it! It might be my lunch everyday her on out! lol until I get tired of it at least!)
1/2 c. eggplant parmesan
1 1/2 c. mayo free potato salad
6 choc. chip cookies :(
