4/13/2010

Today I went to "strength training" class. Cindy (the teacher) is in Hawaii, so we actually worked out to a video. We did a P90X. It was a great work out. I also took the kids on a 2 1/2 - 3 mile bike ride (I walked) this afternoon. It was a great day as far as working out.

Food Journal

Peanut butter caramel fusion Access fat conversion bar
Proflex protein shake mixed with a full serving of FiberWise
2 white cheddar rice cakes with 1 T. of salsa spread on each with 3 thin slices of turkey
1 banana
about 10 flipside crackers
baked fish taco (wrapped in a cabbage leaf instead of tortilla) with baja sauce
green salad with 1T low fat ranch dressing
about 20 red grapes

This was one of my low calorie days. Tomorrow will me a moderate calorie day.
