I lost 6.5 lbs!!!!
I guess you can tell from the many exclamation marks that I am pretty pleased with that amount! It certainly gives me the motivation to keep doing what I am doing, and improve upon it!

CONGRATS LADY!! WHAT AN AMAZING FIRST WEEK LOSS . . . that must feel wonderful! I am right there with you! I am using the Nutrisystem program as a base and add my own fruits, veggies, lean meat and protein and often substitute my own healthy meals for theirs. I have been at it for 9 weeks. I am unable to exercise, but in 3 weeks I am supposed to get the pin out of my toe and the go ahead to start exercising!! My starting weight was 220 (I am lots shorter than you!) and am down to 194 with 54 more to go. I am so proud of you . . . you are doing amazing with your food and so much exercise! I am excited for both of us to no longer be chubby Mamas and to get on with our lives, happy and healthy!!! I am a follower and one of your biggest fans! Love, E
ReplyDeleteSee your jeans were right. Jeans really never lie. They tell you when you are doing good, AS YOU ARE!! and they also tell you when your suckin' it up:) Absolutely fabulous michelle, super proud of you. Did you show Jas and say "in your face mean 4 year old daughter!!"? you should:)
